The petitioner seeks bail in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018, registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 28.10.2018 at about 9.00 P.M. Raman Kumar Paswan, son of informant Kari Paswan, was returning to his house, when he reached in the lane then, due to land dispute, six persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner, surrounded his son and caused injury through knife. When informant heard the sound of barking of dogs then he along with his wife and his grandson proceeded to that direction then found dead body of his son Raman Kumar Paswan. At that time, petitioner and five others named

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, none had seen the occurrence and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion due to previous land dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2019 and on investigation, the Police has already submitted Chargesheet against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
