The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Obra P.S. Case No.256 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the recovery of liquor was made from the vacant land situated by the side of the petitioner's house, which does not belong to the petitioner.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
