In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 279 of 2014 arising from Vidya Pati Nagar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he took away the daughter of the informant stating that she would help his ailing wife, in stead thereof he carried her at different places, plea has been taken that all the way she had gone without raising alarm itself shows that she herself was consenting party. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23rd March 2014.

No.45945 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with S.Tr. No. 279 of 2014 arising from Vidya Pati Nagar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014.
