The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of pending land dispute, the accusation has been levelled and for the occurrence of 20.06.2015 at 12.30 pm, the FIR was registered 21.06.2015 at 12.30 pm, it reached to court of learned SDJM 29.06.2015 which reflects antedating of the First Information Report. There is no medical report on record.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No.88 of 2015, pending before the learned CJM, Siwan.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
