The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 472 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding three miscreants having snatched various articles including mobile phone from the petitioner and the petitioner is said to have been caught from the spot.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from

No.8977 of 2019(2) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 the conscious possession of the petitioner nor any evidence has been collected during the course of investigation to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.11.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 472 of 2018.
