The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage but later on she has made statement before the Magistrate where she has stated that she had gone along with the petitioner out of her own volition after quarrelling with the parents and after some time she returned back out of her own.
