JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happens to be the Bhasur and Dever of the deceased. Case is under Section 304(B) as well as other under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is allegations are general and omnibus in nature. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. They are in custody since 23.08.2019. Charge-sheet has already been submitted, there is no chance of tempering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sri Ravi Ranjan J.M.- I, Begusarai, in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with further condition that they will co-operated in the disposal of the trial.
