The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the allegation of embezzlement of money against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
