The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 3.5.2014.
It appears that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than nine months.
Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than nine months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Shri Ajay Kumar
