Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. During investigation, one witness stated that the petitioner, deceased and others were in the same business. All were playing gambling and in course of that petitioner threw stone on the deceased as a result whereof he died. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.11.2018. Considering the fact aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8029 of 2019(3) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Jamalpur Police Station Case No. 112 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
