2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.294 of 2023 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307 and 302 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against the six named accused persons including the petitioners, but the specific allegation against the accused namely, Md. Zafar and Imamuddin against whom there is allegation that they have attacked by garasa on the deceased due to which he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10544 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that there is nothing specific against the petitioners save and except, they are member of mob.

5. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 19.07.2023 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail, but only after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class Court No.2, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.294 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
