In such view of the matter, this appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous as against appellant nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6.

So, far as appellant no.1 is concerned, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to surrender in the Court below and seek regular bail.
