Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that altogether 12 persons are named in the FIR. Petitioner is not named therein.

The FIR would reveal that specific allegation of commission of firearm injury to the father of the informant is against co-accused Sheikh Sabbu.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
