2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 325, 427, 354(A), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have caught hold of the daughter of the informant and outraged her modesty. This petitioner caught hold of the neck of the daughter of the informant and twisted it. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Considering the grievous nature of injury, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
