2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 21.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 37134 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 305 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 45 Kg. 800 grams of ganja from the house of the petitioner.

5. It has been submitted by Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 30.08.2022 and he deserves bail. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12984 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 also submits that the seized material has been found to be ganja.

6. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
