2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, criminals looted around Rs. 22 lakhs from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation and materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is accused of 6 more criminal cases of similar nature of serious offence. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that similar nature of serious offence registered against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, this application is dismissed.

6. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial at the earliest.
