The petitioner is accused in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation the name of petitioner along with one Bhola has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Abhisekh Kumar Singh, except that there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2015.

No.48154 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2015 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Trial No. 4659 of 2015 arising out of Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014.
