2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the brother in law of the minor victim and he had kidnapped the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that material has come during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10955 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.
