To an appropriate writ/order/direction, in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter dated 23.03.2022 issued by the DRM (B) BRC, Divisional Office, Vadodara, by which the petitioner has been directed to repay the training cost given to him as Stipend of Rs.1,14,913/- within one month in favour of Chief Cashier,

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

At this juncture, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in case, appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, within a period of 30 days from today, the question of delay, if any, be directed to be considered sympathetically. It is directed accordingly.
