The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chhauradano P. S. Case No. 79 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 302, 354(B), 504, 120(B), 447 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have participated in the assault and killing of the deceased.
