JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2021 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 Syed Tabin Rushad @ Pappu has died during pendency of the present criminal writ application and as such, the criminal writ application has become infructuous as against petitioner no.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner further seeks permission to withdraw this criminal writ application as against petitioner no.2 also.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2057 of 2017(2) dt.02-11-2021 2/2 Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
