Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 300 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act, later on added Section 302, 212, 115 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement made in para 54 of the case diary and the fact that there is no material in the entire investigation that the petitioner participated in the crime and she being a lady, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her
