Petitioner retired from the Corporation on 31.01.2017. He prays for payment of Gratuity and Leave Encashment which has not yet been paid in spite of the letter no. 718 dated 25.03.2017 issued by the District Manager, Patna which is Annexure-P/1 to the writ application.

This writ application is disposed off with direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7678 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 the respondent no. 4 to make payment of the sanctioned amount, gratuity and leave encashment to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
