2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 341 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 27.09.2023, the informant's father was shot and killed outside a hair salon by three men who arrived at motorcycles. They had threatened him and tried to force him to sign a document. The assailants fled after the attack. The informant believes the murder was a conspiracy over a land dispute involving several named individuals.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. During the investigation it has come that the petitioner had conspired with the other co-accused and had participated in the killing of the deceased.

7. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
