In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 81 of 2001 registered for offences under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have given a false affidavit before the Magistrate with respect to conception of Indira Awas Scheme and illegal demand. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation has been made against Baidhnath Beldar and all the thing has been done at his instance.
Looking to the nature of allegation and period of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51272 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 81 of 2001.
