The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the persons junior to the petitioner have been granted the graduate trained scale notwithstanding the fact that they had also obtained the degree from Hindi Vidayapeeth, Deoghar. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of graduate trained scale from the date juniors have been granted. In the event if it is found that the juniors have been granted such benefit erroneously, the respondents are required to afford opportunity of hearing to the parties and may either grant the same benefit to this petitioner or
