The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 4 of 2020 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Total 31.50 liters of liquor was seized. He is in custody since 1.1.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S.
