Case No. 182 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and has committed no offence as alleged. Petitioner has been dismissed from service. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51681 of 2017.
