JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-02-2019 Present M.J.C. case No. 372 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner for correction in the C.W.J.C. No. 1690 of 2014 filed by the petitioner which led to error in order dated 31.10.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 1690 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the original petition the details of petitioner has been mentioned as Nirmala Kumari wife of Suresh Prasad, Resident of VillageKesho Chak, P.O. Kesho Chak, P.S.- Hilsa, District- Patna, in place of P.O. Chiksaura, P.S.- Hilsa, District- Nalanda. Considering the address and details furnished by the petitioner in present MJC petition the details of the petitioner is

Patna High Court MJC No.372 of 2019(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/2 corrected as Nirmala Kumari aged about 53 years (F) wife of Suresh Prasad, resident of village- Keshochak, P.O. Chiksaura, P.S.- Hilsa, District- Nalanda. The aforesaid correction may be made in the order dated 31.10.2018 in C.W.J.C. no. 1690 of 2014.

Office is directed to make necessary correction in order dated 31.10.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 1690 of 2014 and provide certified copy to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid correction the present application stands disposed of.
