The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot at gun point. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15.06.2019 but yet he has not been put on TI Parade. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and has not yet been sent to TI Parade, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6962 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019.
