2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant is a jewellar. While he was coming home in the evening, he was looted by three unknown criminals on pistol point.

4. The petitioner has given self inculpatory statement and has confessed his guilt. The location of his mobile phone have also been found on the place of occurrence and the looted ornaments have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8610 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Supaul is directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses so that the trial is concluded at the earliest.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Supaul through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
