Though the office has pointed out that the respondents no. 2 to 6 have not been served, but upon going through the application, it appears that the respondents no. 2 to 6 are the authorities of the Sate of Arunachal Pradesh. As all the reliefs claimed is against the State of Arunachal Pradesh, the only ground that the petitioner resides in the State of Bihar, in the considered opinion of this Court, shall not confer jurisdiction on this High Court to entertain the writ application.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14058 of 2016 (2) dt.26-08-2016 2/2 petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application to enable him to move before the court of competent jurisdiction for the relief claimed in the present writ application Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
