JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 The present modification petition bearing MJC No. 1288 of 2018 has been filed for correcting the memo of parties to the extent that the respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 2965 of 2018 are not the relevant parties, hence the said respondents may be deleted and instead the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar be added as respondent no. 2.

In view of the submission of the petitioner, the respondent nos. 2 to 5 as depicted in the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 2965 of 2018 are directed to be deleted and instead the Director, Primary Education is directed to be impleaded as respondent no. 2.

The order dated 14.3.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
