JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 397, 307, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b)a 26, 27, 28 and 35 of the Arms Act. This is a case of robbery and also causing injury to the truck driver in course of looting, petitioner was not arrested at the spot. He was named by the co-accused persons who were arrested at the spot.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, he is in custody for more than 7 months but still he has not been put on T.I.P.
Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.
Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6651 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar, J.M.-1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 125/2019, subject to the condition that he has to appear before the Police Station of his local area for a period of 9 months or till the conclusion of the trial whichever is earlier, otherwise, his bail bond shall be canceled.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Begusarai for needful.
