2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 892 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. A loot was committed in an Ola cab.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Suraj Kumar, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 14221 of 2024. The petitioner is in jail since 11.11.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XIII, Patna n connection with Digha P.S.
