Petitioner is accused in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.

of registered under Sections 147,148,149,324,307,302 of the I.P.C., Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to dirty politics. There is no specific allegation against him. Earlier also the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50677 of 2012 vide order dated 30.09.2013 with direction to the learned court below to expedite the trial, but the trial Court has not concluded the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36123 of 2016 (7) dt.08-04-2017 till date and the petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2012. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.32 of 2006.
