The petitioner apprehended his arrest in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.395/2020, corresponding to G.R. No.1477/2020 for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn with the observation "Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application whenever the apprehension arises."

It appears that this is second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, which is not maintainable
