The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017, dated 16.01.2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 364, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

He along with six other persons are said to have abducted the brother of the informant. The brother of the informant was released on the next date only. Though in the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, the petitioner has been named but the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has got no concern with the dispute between the informant, victim and other accused persons. Considering the afore-noted statement and taking into account that the victim was released on the very next day of the lodging of the FIR and the petitioner not being related to either of the parties, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
