The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that on secrete information the police party has gone to the Primary School, Sahpur where he found that the petitioner with the illegal arms was moving in the Varandah. The police arrested him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2015.

Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Amit Kumar Singh alias Amit Singh alias Amit Kumar, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49916 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sasaram in Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 283 of 2015, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner (ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in similar type of case the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of his bail and the court below will pass necessary order including cancellation of bail and (iii) petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
