JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Srinagar Police Station Case No. 58 of 2019, registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is an allegation of snatching of purse, mobile, Rs.10,000/- cash and other articles from the informant. A person was apprehended there and he disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except discloser by the co-accused person, there is no recovery from the petitioner having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for more than two and a half months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions,
