The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present application:

"1. That the present writ application is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs directing and commanding the respondents concern to pay the benefit of superannuation in accordance with law with interest at the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3085 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 market value till actual payment to the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 for redressal of his grievance.

In case, any such representation is filed, the respondent no. 3 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
