Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is married sister-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners who are in jail custody since 30.3.2014 in a case registered under section 302/34 of the IPC and 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above stated petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashish Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnia/concerned court in Sarsi P.S. Case no. 36/2013.
