Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it is alleged that in course of investigation, petitioner was arrested and made his confessional statement leading to recovery of stolen cow from a brick-kiln.

Petitioner has not been put on TI parade and similarly, recovered cow has also not been put on TI parade. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra/concerned court in Baniyapur P.S. Case no. 152/2014.
