Petitioners are sister and brother-in-law of Rajendra Singh, who eloped with the daughter of the informant. Both of them are in jail custody with effect from 22.07.2014 and from 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim girl it only appears that they asked the victim girl not to implicate Rajendra Singh in the present case.

Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44223 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 (Samastipur G.R. Case No. 02 of 2014).
