The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made by the victim that she was repeatedly forced to sexually harassment. Statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shows that petitioner has approached to the victim and informed her that her mother was calling. She went along with him on his mother-cycle, went to Mela and petitioner has asked her to sit in front of Delhi Jagran Theatre. She remained sitting there for a long hour and she was carried at different places. Allegation has been made to have sexually assault. The

Looking to the facts mentioned in the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal procedure, let the petitioner, Bharat Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Soh Sarai P.S. Case No.119 of 2015.
