JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the complainant and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 498A of the Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on condition to deposit Rs.750/- per months.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 1668(C) of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, subject to the condition that the petitioner keep the victim with due dignity and will neither assault her or subject to cruelty or pay Rs.750/- per month till a higher amount decided by the competent Court.
