The prayer is for compliance of the order dated 18.03.2017 in CWJC No.17856 of 2009.
Learned State counsel has drawn attention to the
Patna High Court MJC No.1336 of 2018(5) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 show-cause filed on behalf of opposite party no.7 to show that an order has been passed and communicated to the petitioner vide memo no.827 dated 05.04.2023 issued by the District Education Officer, Katihar as well as the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Katihar.
In that view of the matter no contempt is made out. The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
Petitioner if so wants has the liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
