Petitioner is in custody in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018 for the offence under section 25(1-b) (a)/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation against this petitioner is that from his possession one Katta with live cartridge was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.6.2018.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018.
