The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 57/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR, nothing has been recovered from his possession and except confessional statement of co-accused no material has come to show the involvement of the petitioner and the petitioner is suffering in custody since 09.03.2015, but he has not been put on TIP as yet. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48263 of 2015 (3) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
