Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisnagar P. S. Case No. 327 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

There is no legal evidence to connect the petitioner with the alleged recovery of liquor.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.8541 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise-2, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P. S. Case No. 327 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
